This book is meticulous, specific, easy to follow, and answers every question I've had about training my DAD dog. The questions that I still had were answered by the author via email. Training a medical alert dog is difficult, and in my personal experience, easy to screw up simply by not thinking about certain details of my behavior in working with my dog. The book is teaching me to think differently about my subconscious cues to the dog, and what scents I was adding to my training inadvertently. I like the book so much I'm moving on to the online course! The book's not that long, but somehow she managed to squeeze every thing that might come up in training into it. Very, very, very helpful.
